Orders are shipped 5 to 7 working days after payment for the order reflects in Monatic’s account. International orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note that once your order has been received, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Monatic make use of the services of DSV Global Transport and Logistics for all shipping. DSV delivers directly to your door.
While both Monatic and DSV are committed to ensuring efficient delivery, any delivery is subject to acts which are beyond the control of Monatic due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.
