Should you wish to cancel your order or return your purchase for any reason, you are required to advise us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to email@example.com. Upon our acknowledgement of your wish to return the goods, please return to us, undamaged and in the original packaging, within 10 working days. Returns may be dropped off at a DSV Global Transport and Logistics pickup point from where it will be shipped back to us.

Refunds for returned orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
